How to make your SNAXX Batter:
To prepare your Batter you will need:
- 60 - 70g unsweetened almond milk
- Food choice to batter
- Oil for frying
Mix: Empty one of the sachets into a bowl. Slowly stir in the milk, mixing the batter.
Dip: Place chosen food in the batter. Making sure you cover it all.
(Please note if you’re cooking seafood, you need to dip your chosen food into almond flour before dipping it in the batter.)
Fry: Place oil in a fry pan making sure it covers the pan. (Do not put too much in). Once the oil is hot, add the battered food. Do not turn too soon or the batter won't stick. Try and only turn once. Once cooked, remove and season with salt. Enjoy!
