Avocado dip may look slightly similar to guacamole. This dip, however, is much smoother and easier to scoop a huge dollop of with a keto chip or cracker. Serve this avocado dip with bacon chips, cheese crisps, or our keto crackers. Bonus use: you can also use this dip as a creamy spread!
Keto Avocado Dip Recipe
2 Ripe Avocado
1/4cup Olive Oil
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt (To Taste)
Garlic Powder (To Taste)
Optional Chilli Flakes/ Powder for an extra kick
Cooking Instructions
Remove the fruit from two large avocados, discarding the pits and skins. In a food processor, combine the avocado with all other ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Alternatively if you don’t have a food processor simply mash the ingredients together for a quick keto guacamole.
