Fall in love with our flavour packed, super seedy Keto Crackers. This variety has been flavoured using Coconut Aminos. What is that we hear you ask?

Coconut Aminos is a delicious sauce made from fermented coconut sap. Does it taste like coconut? No. It's dark, rich, salty and slightly sweet in flavour. It resembles a light soy sauce or tamari (wheat-free soy sauce), but it is soy-free and gluten-free.  So good.

With so much goodness and fibre added to this variety, it is VERY LOW CARB.

They’re hand made by us in Melbourne with a thoughtfully formulated gluten free super seed blend. Every handmade cracker is unique in size and shape, so please, handle with care. Our crackers taste great on their own or you may choose to top them with some smashed avo or dive them into a dip.

Spiced Fruit Flavour

Hand made by us in Melbourne with a thoughtfully formulated gluten free super seed blend and sweetened with a spice blend, some dried fruit and a little maple syrup. They are subtly sweet and perfect to eat on their own, but they are a MUST TRY with a tangy vintage cheese. Maybe a little quince paste on top too...

Mediterranean Flavour

This variety has been flavoured using our own special blend of herbs & a little smoked paprika. Ooh, yes please!

Ingredients : Sesame seeds, flaxseeds, organic pepitas, organic sunflower seeds, organic chia seeds, organic coconut flour, psyllium husk, proprietary herb blend, smoked paprika, pink Himalayan salt & LOVE.

Hemp Seed & Chilli Flavour

This variety has the added bonus of Hemp Seeds for all of their INCREDIBLE benefits (read all about it HERE) and also a good dose of chilli, which is great for building immunity. The fiery spice contains vitamin C, acting as an antioxidant to strengthen the immune system and heal injuries and infections. Capsaicin also stimulates the release of feel-good endorphins, making you feel happy in all the right ways. You're welcome!
